Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, sometimes unexpectedly. As we're privately chartering the entire boat and committing to the cost of all cabins, cancellations can leave us with spaces that are difficult to fill. We've tried to make our cancellation policy as fair and flexible as possible while balancing these financial commitments.
If you need to cancel, the following conditions apply:
Before 28 February 2027: 25% of the total booking price is non-refundable.
28 February – 29 May 2027: 50% of the total booking price is non-refundable.
30 May – 29 August 2027: 75% of the total booking price is non-refundable.
From 30 August 2027: 100% of the total booking price is non-refundable.
If we're able to resell your place, we'll happily refund the amount recovered from the replacement booking, up to the amount you originally paid, less a US$200 administration fee. Any refund is subject to receiving payment from the replacement guest.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges are calculated from the date we receive your written notice.
Transferring Your Booking
If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your booking to another person, subject to approval and any applicable operator or administrative fees. The replacement guest must meet all participation and snorkeling or diving requirements. If you're sharing a cabin, the replacement guest must be the same gender as you, unless otherwise agreed with your cabinmate.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, including coverage for trip cancellation, diving activities, medical emergencies, and emergency evacuation.
And…if you're coming all this way, why not explore more of Indonesia? There are so many incredible places to discover, so consider adding a little extra time before or after our Raja Ampat adventure!
