The retreat is designed as an in-house event for attendees with the goal to build community; thus, having non-attendees at the venue is not ideal.
The retreat is a passion project for me, so I choose to prioritize participants who can fully immerse themselves into the community and retreat. Not bending on this value allows me to create an extraordinary event. :-)
